Workshops

Interactive practical workshops can create a setting to introduce and  practice key “people” skills within workplace settings and are most successful when tailored to fit the specific needs of the audience or context at hand.  As skill building is a key component to any workshop outcome, content is presented so that participants can replicate the skills and thought exercises within their day-to-day work immediately. 

Topics for workshops are similar to those for the keynotes, the workshops take the concepts and make them even more hands-on.

Coaching

Working with a coach who understands the risks and challenges in high-stakes roles can help leaders be more effective whether working to develop a specific skill, having a neutral sounding board, preparing for an important meeting or business decision, working through crucial personnel issues, and/or navigating the organization through significant change.
